Q: Where do we buy our meat from?

A: Our Beef is sourced from the local market each week and then transported to the local abattoirs guaranteeing the freshest of quality every time. 

Our Pork and Lamb are also sourced from local suppliers. We believe in supporting our local community and source all our products locally. 

Q: Is it OK to freeze meat?

A: Absolutely. As long as you freeze the meat before it's use by date and defrost it within 3 months, it will maintain all of it's flavour and nutrients.

Q: How do I know Iím getting good value?

A: You can hear what existing customers have to say. In most cases, our prices are better than that of supermarkets. Just compare these prices to your current supplier. In terms of quality, I guarantee you will be happy with our products.

Q: What are the different grades of meat?

Yearling beef is the best (youngest and tastiest) beef you can buy. Meat Matters is a supplier of Certified Australian Angus Beef (CAAB) Australia's leading branded beef label, a 120 day aged grain fed product which
is highly marbled for flavour and aged for tenderness ensuring a superior product in every way.
